• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

🚀 Delivery Time & Charges

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or peak season volumes.

🧾 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select pin codes with a flat fee of ₹[e.g., 50].

❗ Delays, Damages & Lost Orders

• In case of delays, please allow 24–48 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting us.

• If your package arrives damaged, please share photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/contact number].

• We’ll coordinate with the courier and either resend your order or issue a refund.

🌍 International Orders

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) must be borne by the customer.
